At Starfall Sleep Co., we work with trusted international shipping partners such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, and local delivery carriers to ensure your order arrives safely at your doorstep. โœจ


Processing Times

All orders are processed after payment verification and approval.

Our team typically requires 1โ€“3 business days to prepare and fulfill your order before it is shipped. During busy periods such as holidays, launches, or high-demand collections, processing may take longer (up to 10 business days).

Once your order has entered processing through our shipping department, we are unable to make changes to the order, including address modifications. Orders will only be shipped to the address entered at checkout.

Orders are processed and shipped during business days only (Mondayโ€“Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that orders containing multiple items may arrive separately depending on product availability and manufacturing partner locations.


Tracking Information

All orders include tracking. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear depending on the shipping carrier. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and your tracking has not updated, please contact us at:

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Starfall Sleep Co. has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, any return shipping fees or customs charges incurred may be the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information if needed.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Starfall Sleep Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

When reviewing claims related to damaged or missing items, we may use delivery confirmation and tracking timestamps provided by the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed. If an order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to retrieve or reroute it.
