Return Policy
Starfall Sleep Co. will provide support for items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Item arrives damaged or defective
- Item was never received (if shipping protection was purchased)
Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the purchase date.
To request assistance, please contact us at support@starfallsleepco.com with your order number and details regarding your request. Our team will review your case based on the guidelines listed on this page.
Processing Times
Once approved, processing is typically completed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Please note that financial institutions may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account (usually 2–5 business days). If you still have not received your update after this timeframe, please email support@starfallsleepco.com so we can investigate further.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team at support@starfallsleepco.com within 48 hours of delivery.
When reviewing claims, we use delivery confirmation and tracking timestamps provided by the carrier. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not qualify for assistance.
